- During Storm Pia a salvage & rescue operation was required to safeguard the property of a fellow boater & to intervene so as to avert a possible environmental disaster!
OK - so that sounds all a bit dramatic & in reality it was more of a comedy of errors.

You should have called for the services of kev the Brinklow kayaker he has paddles and a kayak.
Great to see you got it out.
I used to kayak up that section up until few years back it was ok with the marina master lol.
I used to fish that old arm years before the marina eas created so on occasions I'd paddle the kayak a pelican like the one you used here with my family in to see the large carp and pike etc all swimming about.
Sadly no permission now and blocked off.

Still have the memories of fish spotting and my daughter grown up now.😅
