    Finally some good local fishing content!! What are your rig set ups for the jetty?

    • @belowaveragefishing4771
      @belowaveragefishing4771  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks, we appreciate the comment! We use lightweight jig ( 3/16th - 3/8th ) heads. Sometimes use drop shot or double fluke rigs. We try different stuff to see what works.

    What’s your go to bait and set up when your shore fishing/ bay fishing ?

    • @belowaveragefishing4771
      @belowaveragefishing4771  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Primarily depends on what fish I’m targeting. If it’s croaker, perch & corbina it’ll be a longer rod ml w a 2-2.5” paddle tail. If it’s bay bass more oh a mh - h rod w bigger baits

      @belowaveragefishing4771  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! We just call the croakers white or yellow based on their fin color.

    keep that content coming ! new sub
    do you need fishing license here ?

    • @belowaveragefishing4771
      @belowaveragefishing4771  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the sub! You do not need a fishing license to fish at a Jetty or a pier but you do need a license to fish anywhere else. That means at Dockweiler (first spot in the video) you do need a license. Happy fishing!

      many of the species in that area are contaminated. really you can only eat the more rare fish to catch. my goal is to catch a halibut there.

  • @m00nBB
    @m00nBB 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Mdr is great. You guys just dont know how to fish the place. I catch halibut, sargo, corbinas, opaleyes , sand bass, spotted bay bass, as well as stripper bass(secret spot).
