Actually as the video explained, the problem with Infp is not about being extraverted enough to tell the waiter he forgot your fries, but about NOTICING it in the first place
I used to be infp. I became an isfp after Highschool. During my infp days I had heavy social anxiety. Would freak out about what everyone thinks of me. As an isfp I stopped caring, they either like me or don’t. I even started to see the world as “it is what it is”. More down to earth rather than internal and looking for the meaning of life. I tend to accept fate easily especially of you can’t change it
You probably weren't an INFP, you were just overusing ISFP's Fi-Ni loop. Not an insult at all, but MBTI type shouldn't change except for cases of mistyping
Strong ni of isfp can make them fearful of the future and stagnant, and strong ne of infp can make them chase the many ideas they have, so the doer and the dreamer stereotype can in reality be reversed for these reasons.
I am definitely an ISFP... That one famous test LOVES to type me as INFP, but every other test I get consistently ISFP. I had to look up the function stacks as well, and ISFP fits.
I am an ISFP but might be mistaken as an INFP because I have ADD and usually are very much "heads in the cloud". I can usually drift away durring conversation or forget about my surroundings

as a isfp the darkness thing , i usually only see world from a positive view , cause i seeing the world negatively doesnt change anything , however if i see darkness , and darkness is the only option i dont have a problem changing for life , just going with the flow the recent example is my trip with my cousins my cousins are estp , enfj , estj and they all are extrovert pro max and flirt , and i am complete opposite it was a 15 day trip , till day 2 i was normal , after day 2 i also magically became a extrovert , flirt pro max i was not liking the estp cousin cause he is too direct , however i eventually understood his talking style , so i was taking things lightly like how he takes it overall i became a completely dif person , now after the trip is over , i cant imagine what things i said and did back them i flirted with girls , became extrovert , talked like a not nice person , and talked with ever single person i met on the trip , and i am bad at approching and talking with people , so i dont know how i did it , it was just flow thing ,i never even realize i was being diff then normal when i was on the trip after we came back after 2 days i realize how diff i was , it was as if i was acting like a estp or esfp to the point that my cousins were like you dont step out of your house ever , but you are fun to be around with , lets go again sometime , little did he knew after being normal , i would say no to his every 'lets go hangout' invitation hahahaha

I think my sister is an ISFP, becuase she's alot like me and I'm an INFP, but she is muchhh better at noticing stuff in the real world than me. for example, if we are watching a show, while i'll be busy thinking about what's going on in the character's heads and what their actions and intentions mean, my sister is noticing that they are now wearing a different outfit than they had been a moment ago; something i would have completely missed until a second or third watch. but she's also a lot more naive than me and doesn't usually suspect anyone is ever up to anything bad. she also has a better memory than me, lol. we are both very artistic, though she's a lot better with traditional art like painting and better at realism than me. i tend to be better at digital art. she's also more stubborn than me when she wants to be. i'm a lot more indecisive, and though i can be stubborn too, that Ne often makes me wonder "is this REALLY what i want?" LOL.
I have two friends that’re isfp’s I get along with one of them more than the other. The one I enjoy the company of more, entertains my talks and gets me excited and then bounces off of me just hyping me up. The other is just more calm and doesn’t interact with me the same way. The analogy isn't the important part. I was using it to express how ISFPs more forceful and direct, their plans are more based on tangible things, and are more willing to get their hands dirty.
I don't know where this idea that Fi = selfish comes from. Making decisions based on your own values and feelings instead of other people's values and what they believe you should do doesn't make you selfish, it just makes you an individualist. It doesn't mean that you feel no empathy for others (INFPs are known for empathy), that you don't care about what they feel or what are their needs and interests. From what I see around there are a lot of INFPs in the care professions - healthcare, childcare, therapy, psycology. That doesn't go well with "selfish" and not caring about other people.
In summary: Isfp's are more action-oriented and live more in the present than Infp's Another thing: The mbti does not "change" you cannot go from one mbti to another, if you feel that you were x type and went to x type it is actually because YOU have matured (or the opposite) cognitive functions do not change with age, they mature with the age

Infp get things done when they see the bigger picture and they daydream and forget the chores but study very less yet better score than isfp. Infp can do anything to protect their ideology and high standard not in the day dream but in real world.

Well mbti is all about the cognitive functions. You could be an INFP who favors Si or an ISFP that favors Ni.

I'm no typing export, but you sound like an INFP to me lol. I honestly don't think ISFPs would spend a lot of time self searching to find out their type. They'd think about it then move on.

I took the test a bunch of times and always got ISFP, but that doesn’t seem completely accurate. I don’t know if INFP is either, but one time I took the test and got that so Idk
The online tests tend do have an intuitive bias. So if you keep getting an ISFP, you might just be one
