【梨家出走｜碗梨酒庄游学日记】贺兰山下的艺术名庄--美贺庄园

有一说一家人们，我真是把这个系列当作纪录片在拍…这次36分钟的超长电子榨菜可完全是用心良苦。一个视频体现完全的贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区的方方面面，不止于宁夏风土，酒庄历史、企业文化，以及很多很多关于大西北的风土人情……
这次去宁夏，随着飞机的起落，粗粝的风沙混着西北醉人的酒意，将古朴、原始、荒凉掺着“花儿”与“秦腔”基因的西部民谣，从面颊呼啸至耳边，开始在干燥的空气中弹跳。我望向静静伫立在那里的贺兰山东麓，切实感受到荒凉与繁茂，粗犷与柔美，干渴与氤氲正在宁夏这片“双生之地”生发。
山好像在问：“你为何而来？”
宁夏的北方有座山
它的名字叫贺兰
一手牵着阿拉善
一手牵着宁夏川
宁夏川 两头尖
东靠黄河 西靠山
天下黄河富宁夏
鱼米之乡赛江南
然后，我在贺兰山下的艺术名庄-美贺庄园，找到了答案。
Hello everyone, I truly approach this series as if I were making a documentary... This 36-minute long video is a labor of love. It showcases every aspect of the Helan Mountain wine region in a single video, going beyond the Ningxia terroir, winery history, corporate culture, and delving into the rich folk culture of the vast northwest of China...
During my trip to Ningxia, as the plane took off and landed, the coarse sand mixed with the intoxicating aroma of wine from Ningxia, carrying the ancient, primitive, and desolate Folk Songs, along with the genes of "Flowers" and "Qin Opera," from my cheeks to my ears, bouncing in the dry air.Looking at the still eastern foot of the Helan Mountains, I felt the contrast of desolation and lush, the rough and the gentle, aridity and moisture, taking root in this “twin land” of Ningxia.
The mountains seemed to be asking, “Why have you come?”
Then, at the renowned art winery at the foot of the Helan Mountains, Chateau Mihope, I found my answer.

这个总经理不懂酒庄，不懂酒。美的无论有什么精神，都不能代表酒庄可以酿造好酒，你的酒独特的东西是什么？酒的核心竞争力是什么？言辞空洞无物。以建筑和摆放的艺术品跟一级酒庄是不搭嘎的。到世界各地的酒区走走，不要盲目的就把自己定位为世界级的，论风土？论种植？论采收时间节点控制？论酿酒经验和方法？还是你品种的独特性？还是国际化品种在宁夏所产生的超预期独特风味？
