The issue is none of my documents exactly match with my current Indian address that is in my current passport (there are minor changes in the documents like Aadhaar, Indian DL etc.) What can be done in this case ?
In VFS offered Services, it shows FEDEX to me and selected that and made the payment. In checklist, fee payment option shows fedex prepaid label is not accepted. I am confused now , can I still send the package to FEDEX
The Indian mobile number that needs to put along with the Indian address is an Indian number which is active in India? Or our actual Indian number which is in roaming here...?

I am NOT an expert in this field, I shared our experience. However, I think you had to select the place you are staying in. If you are in New York then why did you select DC? I believe there is one VFS office in New York as well. If possible talk to an attorney

Hello, I applied for a passport renewal by mail, and I paid all of the payments, including the courier charges. My issue is that they only print one courier label form to send the passport to the embassy; what about the return address label, how can they give my passport to me without a return label?

Thanks for sharing It. But one correction, you can change your passport address irrespective of Tatkal or regular.
