I hate to disappoint, but oxygen is not a hydrocarbon, therefor is not combustible, and cannot be 'smoked'. Marijuana, also known as 'weed', however, is combustible, and has been deemed a benign (non-toxic) substance. It is also a safer 'drug', in terms of addiction potential, as well as long and short term health effects, than coffee, alcohol, nicotine and thousands of OTC and prescription medications that I am inclined to believe you have at sometime used in your life. ;D
