Nice job, like for Ultramarines 😉

The airbrushed one is much much better....but as you said, you did a sloppy drybrush highlight. Try watching some of Artis Opus drybrushing tutorials and retry to drybrush a space marine. It can look much better and it will still be fast.

Thanks a lot. After a few years of painting I am still in an ideal technique phase for me. I try to absorb as much knowledge and test it as possible. Byron from Artis Opus is a must watch every time he posts something. It’s a shame for me not for him that his products are so hard to come by in Poland and if they are the price I really high.

@@FixusMiniatures I know, their products are also very expensive and hard to come by in Croatia too. But Army Painter has some decent and fair priced round drybrushes that I use.
That said, I also prefer airbursh and I paint my chaos space marines mostly with the airbrush :)

@MentoliptusBanko you mean the 3 drybrush Army Painter brush set? I have those but I really would like to check the Artis Opus one’s one time. What chapter/legion of Chaos Space Marines do you paint? I have metal Night Lords and metal Emperors Children to paint. Lots of them. And some newer plastic Chaos marines to convert to Night Lords with the 10 newest dedicated models.
