Thank you for taking all that time out of your holiday to share . My family and I Are visiting next July and must admit I did have a few reservations whether it was going to be worth it as it really is so expensive however after seeing this film I can see why , it looks absoulutly amazing and worth the extra expense I think and I guess We need to keep working hard from now till July to pay for it . Thanks again great film!
Hey Mike, thanks so much for this video, it's super helpful. We are EPM addicts but in September I am taking my twin daughters for their 21st birthday. We have a finest RTT sleep three. I think you said during the video there is no difference in price between finest club and ex club? Do you think it's worth seeing if we can upgrade to the ex club. We are going end of September. Again thanks, such a helpful video..
Excellence club is nice as there are no kids there not that the kids behaved badly but it's nice to have the option of no kids. Also Excellence Club has their own restaurant that is also kids free, nicer club lobby, chocolate party etc.... if the price is the same then I would definitely do the Excellence Club.
+mike cloutier thanks Mike. I thought you said in video it was same price? not too worried. my Ta said you get the benefits of ex club so guessing that means we can use club lounge with associated extras like chocolate parties etc.
This was a very helpful tour, thanks for taking the time to record it. We are heading there next week. I have 1 question - can you walk very far down the beach? Does the property recommend it as far as safety?
Cece Marsh The whole Playa Mujeres area is a gated off community. Extremely safe. You can walk to the left of the resort for a few miles of just beach, no resorts, the other way you have the Excellence Playa Mujeres then the Beloved hotel then the beach ends.
+Lennard Thibodeau It depends, did you go Finest Club or Excellence Club or neither? If it's finest club you will be in Building 5, if you booked Excellence Club you'll be in building 6. If you booked neither you could be in building 1, 2, 3 or 4....
+Melissa Stranko The main difference is there are NO kids at the Excellence Club. Excellence club is also closer t the beach, closer to the main pool. Better lobby etc.... Excellence club is the way to go, trust me.
Thank you Mike for share this great video really helpful. I am thinking stay four nights and five days do you think isn't enough? Easy and hassle free get a taxi from airport to the resort? we are traveling with our little one 3 years old :) Thank you... regards from UK
Thanks for answering so quickly. We will need to do some walking , so we don't feel quite so guilty after hitting 9 restaurants and 18 bars in a one week time frame:)
Cece Marsh Check out the Excellence Club lounge on Friday night at 5:30pm, chocolate party, you'll be amazed at all the different chocolate selections they have.
Andrew Worrall We stayed in Building 6, room 6056, Excellence club building, ground floor swim up suite. We will be booking the same level room for this fall very soon.
This is a fabulous tour. Thank you so much for sharing! I have two sets of clients headed here the end of June and also July so it's a big help. One question, do they have any music at the pool during the day or any activities? Thanks!
tecknicole TONS of activities and music. Just posted a video of a band that plays the Las Dunas Beach Bar during the day, everyday there is a different musician. Around the pool there are aqua aerobics, trivia, bingo, disney characters for the kids, tons of stuff going on all the time.
Thanks for taking this video. This is going to be my first time in a resort. Looks like this one might spoil me forever ;-)

+Debbie Lovell bayfield This is a great resort. You won't regret booking it I assure you.
This is a very good detailed video. Have you been to Royalton Riviera Cancun or TRS Coral? If so, how do they compare to Finest?
Hi dear. Thanks for your video
I have plans my trip to this resort. Everything is it safe ? Please reply. Thanks so much

Heading there in 3 weeks, got a swim up with garden. What building would these rooms be in?

looking to stay at this resort, I really want to see chichen itza or Tulum ruins... do you know the pricing and tours available at this resort?
Tour to Chichen Itza was $120 per person from here, not sure about Tulum, it would be less because it is closer though.
Is the excellence club much more worth it than just a regular swim up suite? What are the main difference between the two?
+Melissa Stranko The main difference is there are NO kids at the Excellence Club. Excellence club is also closer t the beach, closer to the main pool. Better lobby etc.... Excellence club is the way to go, trust me.
I can't see too well at night, how is the lighting along pathways? and common seating areas?

What building were you in? Looked nice, and I agree with being more central to everything else. About to book! Thanks!

Don't see any kids anywhere.
+chickenandwaffles09 There were kids there but not many at all and the ones that were there were well behaved.
Not like going to six flags....

+Joey Abbs might just be my bad eyes, who knows
Was the resort vegan friendly?
