I've tried to read as many comments as I can (there are a lot now!) and a common question is what program I use.
It's just Garry's mod and I animate with HAT. I then record and splice many many many little video snippets together and add sound and a crap title.
It's all you need!

Wow man, your animation is great. It's even more impressive that you pulled this off back in 2011 when people really weren't trying to make Gmod look good. Even by today's standards, this is still really good. I can't wait to get around to watching your newer stuff! :)

This is actually a pretty well done video compared to some of the other videos I've come across and Nick calling for Ellis after he crept out of his room made me laugh so loud I scared my neighbor's dog and set him off. Bill's girly scream made me laugh even louder! Great cliff hanger ending. ^_^
Edit: I saw this video first, I didn't know you had a whole series of them until after. Great videos, really entertaining. ^_^

I keep coming back to these when I look at L4D on youtube. You got limited resources, yet you manage to use the voicefiles perfectly and you provide emotion in their bodylanguage. That’s pretty skilled you know. =)

Very, very awesome PIMP HATTER. Out of that whole episode for some reason Ellis's reaction to Coach showing up and startling him made me laugh/impressed me the most. You're getting really good at these "natural reactions", making them look ultra realistic.

This is so well made. You'd never think it was just bits and pieces of dialogue if you had no prior knowledge about it.
The "Tasty Cools" series is the best animated series that exists on the internet, I have never seen such perfect sync. Word of this series must spread.
This sfm series holds up as a monolithic legend to me, something creative and yet interesting..
