  • 1969 Ford Econoline 200 Super van. 62K original miles. This is a un restored time capsule. It was a camper conversion done when brand new back in 1968. It was an original owner vehicle that spent its entire life in the Watkins Glen area. The camper is equipped with a 3 burner stove, oven, fridge powered by shore or battery power, hot water heater and camper propane heat. It has a on board fresh water system. The dinette has a 6X3 food bed under it. Overhead is a luggage or sleeping for anyone uner 175 lbs. The van it self is powered by its original 302 2bbl V8 engine and an automatic transmission. There is no power steering or power brakes. No air conditioning either. It has vent windows for that. I have serviced every mechanical system. Oil and filter just changed, tranny fluid and filter, cooling system service, hoses, belt, brake master cylinder, all brake shoes and wheel cylinders, brake lines, new tires, tune up parts, original carb just rebuilt. New fuel pump as well. All 4 shocks just changed. You name it, it's new. The van has no rust or rot. The original paint is in very nice condition considering its age. It was used to camp and then stored in a barn. It runs and drives like brand new. I am not looking to sell it at the present time but if I did it would take north of $16K Rob 631-838-8872

I had a green one of these. It was fun. My favourite camp site was the Geysers near Sonoma California. Ps. When it was time to sell it, I put an ad on the Pennysaver and the cleaners on my corner bought it the first day.

Great old van. Love it. My first van was a 70 Club Wagon. Only had a driver's seat, 3 on the tree and blue shag carpet everywhere

Oh my gosh, are you kidding me, this is amazing. I LOOOOOVE the mechanical step. I had no idea that was a thing. You know how long the electronic ones last, not very. This mechanical step is probably still working today! Thank-you for sharing:)

OMG Rob, I graduated HS in 72 and bought this identicle van with money from working at a gas station. It was a 69 Econoline that I customized with highjackers, big fat rear tires and air schocks the same cromies and baby moons. Added porthole windows and customized interrior simillar to yours although not nearly as professional as yours. Those were the days driving around Colorado listning to 8 tracks with my girlfriend sitting on the doghouse and hauling my buddies to rock concerts in Denver.. Quite the specticle.
Please, if you ever do decide to sell her ping me back first, maybe it might help me get my old girlfriend back lol...

My favorite Econoline era. I had one that I drove over 200K. I now have an 86 C Class with 30K. These were hands down the best vans in the industry.😃 I will send a photo if you like .

Pretty funny. The guy that bought it from me paid $24500.00. Drove it from Long Island to California. Then to Mexico and stayed in it for a month straight before returning to NY. He loves it. You know nothing about anything.
