Hi Anna I agree that Holy Spirit will not be there in oil or Kurcheef but anointing of holyspirit will be there when a servant of God prayes on it and anoints it.
Best example is the Woman touching hem of Jesus Garment and in old testments Servant of God used their staff(Karra) in thier hands for example Moses with his anointed staff or Elisha receiving double portion anointing by Elijah and his cloak(2Kings 2:9-12 also like that God from the beginning anointed different things but now a days Pastors are selling it or doing business out of the anointing just like people did it when jesus saw people doing business in temple.. So if any servant of God prays and anoint somethings which logical according to bible.. But I agree completely that Holy Spirit will not settle in any Properties but in Us,other way he wont stay in properties but he is able to anoint which a servant of God puts his hands on.. Also you said by breathing will the holy spirit come upon them? I will say possible because we serve the living God who is same Then Now and Forever. So when Jesus breathed on his disciples they received holy Spirit or in other way holy spirit came upon them. So when Jesus showed that it is possible then it can happen now also because servants of God are nothing but the one who carry Jesus anointing on him thats why they get appointed or anointed as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist,Preacher(Pastor)s and Teachers. This is the Five Fold ministries nothing but the qualities of Jesus that Jesus himself made known to his desciples and they did so. So by breathing the anointing of holy Spirit will transfer or in other words when you breathe in Jesus name and ask holy spirit to come on them that too on to the people who is in the will of God. In end times spirit of God will pour on to everyone as per bible so it didn't mention how and but in bible we have seen holy Spirit anointed in several ways.
Best word for holy spirit will come when breathed

Also Jesus did some of the miracles or wonders which were not listed in bible so healing is possible with God but using that anointing to make money or doing business out of it is sin. They are nothing but Satan because they know Jesus but they are on their own.
Also one more note I want to mention is that Jesus showed miracles or wonders to disciples or to the crowd gathered around him Jesus never escalated it to that level but now a days pastors are showing off their ministry in TH-cam or other social media.. Media is not to show what you are but it is a medium to spread the true Gospel and only the the true Gospel to the unknown.
