He gave the ref an accurate assessment of his performance. Ref obviously deeply insecure as he gave the teenager a straight red and effectively ended his LOI career, rather than use discretion and give a warning and or yellow.

Absolute disgrace of a refereeing performance. Draper pulled down in the box right in front of the ref on Drogheda's free before the penalty. A clear penalty for Drogheda ignored before decision that was never a penalty is given up the other end, then a straight red for dissent? As if that ever happens. Shameful.

The video shows none of it but the referee was 100% in Droghedas favour for 95% of the game. They were awarded fouls for sweet fuck all while Dundalk we’re getting nothing. Although the penalty was quite soft it doesn’t do it justice how biased the ref was.
