Great video and thank you so much for making this for us. This will show the new members what to buy and not make the same mistakes that I did. I jumped the gun and I got everything at once. I bought the old Rule Book and old Deck from 2019 and had no idea that there was different versions. Hope I can still use it for version 4 or im SOOL
He’s got a detailed breakdown of the changes from 3 to 4 on the website… some of them include: ANZAC and Canada are now combined w/ South Africa as the commonwealth; Siam starts pro-Axis and not Japanese controlled; Vichy France rules in play; Spain and Turkey play out differently because they’re now more than one territory a piece; Gobi Desert changes Mongolia play a bit Stuff like that 😊
@@siredblood ok, great. Version 4 is my very first map. I just heard about BBR a few weeks ago. And don’t forget to autograph my rule book when you send it out 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Hey Chaplain, I was wondering these questions 1. What type of material is your map? 2. Does your material scratch? 3. Do you know any material that doesn't scratch? So I dont have to "Clear Coat" it
1. I have 13oz scrim vinyl maps. I also have a 16oz scrim vinyl map. Of the two, the 16oz is better textured. But NEITHER of them have needed the clear coat. I did on a spare, and loaned it to a friend… the wear and tear has been fairly the same… 2. I haven’t scratched anything, or seen any scratches yet… it gets a lot of play on it 3. All of my map materials have been on a very much lower end as far as quality is concerned… I don’t have much money LOL I do know there are some materials out there that are liquid proof, tear proof, they always lay flat even if they’ve been rolled up… PAGAN or Hambone might be better avenues to answer this question than I am
12:28 Arrows are such a great idea for declaring your movements, I just ordered a full set of 5 armies worth on Ebay for $10. Ordered one of those chess timers from amazon too. Thanks for the suggestions Chaplain.

Not too many changes actually….. V3 was pretty good… V4 pretty much just adds neutrals and 2 more VPs
