Fly to Dipolog which is the next town. You can hire a tricycle to take you there. They are normally outside the airport. Or you can just hire them to take you to the main road and then you can wait for Evergood transit ( mini bus that takes you there) 😉. Cheaper but less convenient. Don't be hustled by the tricycle driver..Bargain with the fare but be generous. I hope this helps.
