I've always loved playing golf at Welshpool, it is a classic man vs nature course with stunning views in every direction, and a great welcome in the clubhouse
Definitely lots of wild flora and fauna out there. There’s quite a few courses of this type in UK. Mainly around Cotswolds and also up around the Penines / Leeds area. Good moorland sites that seem to have become undervalued over the last 100 years, but they are usually excellent layouts and a good walk! Thanks for watching! 🙏
I'm planning a trip to Wales next summer. I played and loved Porth Cawl and Pennard several years ago so I not planning to play those again. At this point, my plan is Tenby, Borth & Ynyslas, Aberdovy, Welshpool, Royal St. David's, Nefyn, Convy. I may have to eliminate one due to time restrictions. In your opinion, which is the weakest? Many thanks. Love your videos.
Not played conwy but it’s a bit more out of the way. I’d add cardigan in and reduce travel time in some way as royal st David’s, Aberdovey, Borth, Welshpool and Tenby all in reasonable proximity if you add cardigan on the way from Aberdovey to Tenby (vice versa)
This course looks absolutely fun to play. Nice film!
Absolutely beautiful content! Please do more series like this!!!

Great summary! Loved visiting, really cool place
One of the most challenging courses I’ve ever played! Tremendous test of golf!
Brute isn’t it for 5,500 yards! Stacks of fun, some lovely shots to play. Love places like Welshpool
Playing here in a few weeks time 😮
You’ll love it! If you get a clear day you’re in business!
I love when you guys bring a video from a course I'm not familiar with. Looks like a place with a great vibe. Great work as usual.
Thanks Allan! It’s superb and staggeringly good value.
Great film chaps. Great to see these lesser knowns 👌
Thanks guys 👊👊
Absolutely love the presentation and content! Bacon is always a good content filler 😂😂 What a wonderful place to aim to visit ⛳️ #jamesbraidclassics
More Braid to come 🙌🙌
Thanks for highlighting courses like Welshpool! Very rare to find anything like Welshpool in USA. Any roughed in wildflowers in bloom in summer?

what a place. 12 looks wild. 280 straight line... who carried?
One failed miserably, the others played sensibly
RWNGC socks? Love to see you guys do a film of Brancaster with some of Joe McDonnell graphics
As would we! Not sure what socks I wore that day, but I do have some Brancaster ones 😉
Tom makes putts !
Tom also edits the films. You’ve got to ask yourself whether he selectively edits the films with his best shots in mind… 🤔
