No one deserves that. even if people hate the band if they are glad they are in this situation they are soulless individuals. Hope they get back on their feet and rise above and slaughter their way up the ladder. Peace to you for helping them out as well. Love his voice SO much and found this band in 2019. Makes me sad I was a little late and hearing all these things around him made me heartbroken. Such beautiful talent with such a sad soul. Unfortunately that is sometimes what makes it that much deeper.
Regardless of the accusations and everything going on with Jonny Craig and Slaves their music is still beautiful and I will continue to listen to and support them in order to hear the music.
I've said it once and I'll say it again; I fully support JC and everything he does in the music industry. The guy is so goddamn talented it's hard for me not to love whatever he puts out. Slaves are such a unique band to me. Cannot wait for this album. Much love and support to you dudes.

I'm fairly sure most people would consider him a tenor. Although he's not the high pitched you'll hear from other bands (early ERRA cleans come to mind). It's all relative though, if you listen to radio rock, this will likely be considered high pitched. If you've followed the metal scene for the last 10 years, you've probably had your dose of auto-tuned cleans that have sounded like chipmunks, making this seem deeper. On another note, regardless of how high or low his voice is...the power he has in his range is unmatched. I really wish I could find something else to match up.
Jonny's will to go on is stronger than fuckin anyone. He's ridden the struggle bus almost constantly but he doesn't give up! That alone is to be admired. Keep killin it Slaves!

I'm really disappointed they didn't record live drums for the record. Or they're using triggers, which seems pretty pointless to me.

i love jonny craig in dgd and emarosa but my issue with this band is that jonny craig was one of the first people to bring this new soulfness into post hardcore through dgd and emarosa but now hes just another generic lead vocalist to another generic post-hardcore band with soulful vocals
