I was so overwhelmed the other day as my graphics were still to big so I guess the backgrounds I choose where not acceptable. Once I created content that was acceptable, I honestly don’t remember if I got the notification from KDP that everything was submitted successfully. When I go back to the create A+ content page, I don’t see anything listed. Is there normally a list showing what has been approved and what is waiting for approval? Is there a separate manager page that I need to go to? Can I make changes or even start over if I decide I would like to change the A+ content after it is submitted/approved? Can you use the duplicate feature to use only part of the modules for say the interior but change the module for the cover image OR would you just have to start from scratch even though the interior is the same?(I have planners that have the same interior but the covers are different). I haven’t experienced this problem myself- were you able to resolve it? Hope you manage it figure it out! :)
@ivyhang5084 I actually called Amazon KDP help line in the end and the representative apologised and said they were aware of the issue being reported, but there was nothing he could do at the time. I am currently still waiting for my content to be reviewed. Apparently, they have a backlog and it's taking up to 14 days for them to review and approve A+ content that's been submitted. I called and spoke to two separate reps there, once in relation to the blurred images and once in relation to the delay in approval of the A+ content on the 9/20/2023 & the 9/27/2023 respectively. I hope everything gets resolved shortly.

If you are using the Canva Free account, then you are able to use the Free elements for this purpose. You won't be able to use Pro elements unless you pay for the license per Pro element. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but my stuff looks blurry and not clear. I even bought mockups from Etsy because the book mockups in Canva are not working for composition notebooks. Do you have any suggestions?
Is there a way to save the completed A+ projects in Canva or in KDP to use the same content for future books? Like if I created an author bio that I wanted to use in the A+ section for all my low content books.

A+ content basically just allows you to add more photos and descriptions to your book listing to help set you apart from your competitors:). So you are absolutely correct that it’s a marketing tool in a way.

There are a number of different tools you could try. Do you have snag it? Or you can also try to copy your entire screen using the print screen button on your keyboard and then cut out the relevant section to save on an application like Paint, etc. hope you manage to get it to work! :)

There are currently two volumes of notes published in KDP.
I just want to put my logo in the 'Author Information' section of my Amazon page.
Is it possible to edit on the amazon author central page?
I am asking this question because I would like to change the real name I used previously to a pen name.
Thanks for your question, I know for books that have already been published/ live, you won't have the ability to edit the "Author Name" section anymore. However, I do believe you can still update the picture in the "Author Central page" with your logo. I'm sorry to hear. I think since the time of my tutorial, they have gotten rid of some of the book related mock ups from their options. Another option is to try placeit.net. They would have many mock ups to choose from as well which you can leverage. Hope this helps!

I believe they may have now removed the specific mock up I used in my video unfortunately :( However, you can definitely find similar mockups from other sites, or try to go directly to mockup.com
