- Hello, today's video will show the repair process of a Nissan Livina rear-end collision. The rear of the car was hit hard and was severely damaged. Both side panels and the rear side panel were damaged. We developed a detailed repair plan and the final repair effect was very successful. I hope you like this video. Thank you for watching.

Han, you're a true artisan with metal - with enough knowledge of the tools that you use to shape and reshape areas so that they can be disassembled and spec'd so that new parts/assemblies just slide into place. Takes patience and talent. Love your vids.
Your talent is just next level! Every time I watch a video I love being disappointed when I think whatever project you're working on can't be saved and yet it rolls out the door good as new!
i have you seen woirking on cars and i can say, nobody in Belguim is a mecanic like you han, i can asure that, you are a specialist compare with what i see in my country, go on han, you do fine work
same in Britain too..typical mechanics here would take a 2 hour lunchbreak just to consider if the car was even worth repairing..then decide it's not...have another hours break and change the oil on another car and knock off early..and car gets scrapped as uneconomic repair..European workers v Asian..
@markianclark9645 indeed friend , that's why i work self on my car
If he was here in the USA I'd have him running my shop! The man knows his stuff!

@Kaisan-vc8fw You know what they say.... Opinions are like ....... Structural integrity was intact after replacing factory body parts for those that were too damaged to reuse. They are also in a country you have no idea about that country's financial situation or ability to replace the vehicles shown in the videos. They could be like Pakistan where they dissect all the mangled panels, straighten them and then weld them all back together and call it safe...
I can do better than that, i have 20 years experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@Kaisan-vc8fwI disagree with your statement, for one thing you know nothing about the car industry in China! Like having to pay cash for a new car purchase . The fact that most body shops around the world are based on profit so short cuts are praised by management! This guy actually follows factory approved repair procedures ( replacing all damaged metal) there is a world wide shortage of trained repair technicians and this young guy could get a job in any body shop in the world, the reason so many cars get totalled as soon as they get a scratch by assessors is because of waiting time of up to a year in qualified bodyshops and dealers like you wanting to unload overstocked car yards
A clear view of the limited safety design of this car, especially from the rear end. Good job on the fix though, thumb up for that! 👍🏻
That's a budget cheap car. What else did You expect?
@@KannX well, take look at the counterparts from Volkswagen or even Hyundai, within similar pricing range. Even a cheaper one will at least has a anti-collision bumper, by steel or even aluminium alloy. Old Hyundai usually has a fiberglass version, which is not as good as metal, but still better than nothing.
That CAR was a TOTAL ---> A TOTAL SUCCESS :) The door gaps are better than factory. Good job. Any port in a storm. I approved this video.
Well done! An artist !
Great job 👍
Very nice job 👍 thanks
thrilling to see it come back to life
Muito bom. Excelente profissional 👏👏
Excelente trabajo 👍👍👍
I like it your job ❤❤❤
Excellente❤
I love you Han!
Cara quanto fica um conserto deste porte, quase a metade do carro tá vendo feita do novo. Vc é fera. THE BEST
Great work, but please wear a welding mask!
Professional work done ✔️ ( Kuwait 🇰🇼)
Benar-benar terampil, teliti, cepat, tepat, sampai detail seperti bentuk aslinya.
Can’t believe this car is worth the time and material to repair. Seems front seats are also bend.

It may worth... If you repair this kind of damage by "eye measuring" without making a single mesure with the proper digital or analogic measuring systems for the colision repair bench, like a car-o-tronic measuring system.
In the UK a panel beater would be £80-£100 per hour. Possibly these guys may be earning £100 per month. Hence it would be affordable in their Country.
Han is the man!
Trabalhos de gênio. Técnica e conhecimento, perfeitos. Dá gosto olhar este trabalho. Parabéns.
You’re work is off the higher standard and you put peoples safety first bless you ❤Nicola 🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️👍
People's safety?!! I wouldn't let my worst enemy get in that deathtrap after what he did to it. The fact he's MIG welding without any goggles speaks volumes!
Great job 🙏🌹🍁🌺 🇿🇦
nice work
Get a proper welding helmet or isn't your eye sight valuable
This guy closes his eyes every times he pulls the trigger on the mig. It’s freaking crazy. One of the other videos showed it really well. I was blown away
shut the hell up he is the master himself. The welding machine needs a mask from him.
Closing eyes doesn't protect you from the UV
Born with safety squints...
@@markcohen4599 That's what I was thinking 😄.
Good job!!
Bengkel luar biasa, mantap👍
Professional automotive technician
brilliant!
Excellent travail
Good work
I totally would trust this company😂
Question: is this effort worthy for dacia duster?
When you are blind and old, with no way to work, you will remember all the advice you received to wear a welding mask
You’re a magician! I wonder how many real hours it takes to do something like that????
30ish hours for the body work. Maybe 10 hours for the paint, trim, reassembly.
What a job
Very professional job.very good works done. Where is this workshop?
Thank you for your compliment, we are in China
das war eine erstklassige Arbeit
Please Han wear safety tools !!! Because safety is number one !!
Humans are cheaper than tools in China.
please wear mask or black glasses when welding.....for your eyes future 🙏🙏
Serviço TOP 10!
Great!
Incredible 😱☠️!
This man isn't using any eye protection while welding!
Our eyes are one of the most valuable parts of our body-don’t take risks with your health!
No eye or skin protection during painting either: breathing protection alone is not enough!
¿Excelente. how time for this work?
Absolutely Amazing work!!!!! 5*****
Très beau travail, bravo ❤
How do you keep from burning your eyes no welding shield
Très 😮😮😮 bien'reussie vôtre réparation tôlerie peinture 🎉🎉
Ich will hier niemand beleidigen , jedoch Arthur Tussik geht hier professioneller ans Werk !
Han
Nice work, I would have put a short back end into it, much quicker IMO.
Just want to know whats the point of those holes you are making with the drill?!?;
How did the fuel tank, sub-frame and wheels get refitted?
Is it worth doing this repair on this car? Doesn't the repair end up costing more than buying the car?
You can see how the rims getting bent when he lowered the car in the beginning, absolut no go
muito bom very good
Selling as a brand new car with low kilometers, from my old grandmother! =P
THE MASTER
You’re a Master at your craft, but it blows my mind how you don’t protect your eyes when welding?! How come?
Newbie question,....why pull the damaged sheetmetal when you just cut it off anyways ??
You pull the car first because parts of the car that are not being replaced were shifted as well. Even though you're going to cut parts of the car off you want to pull the damaged out first so anything that was shifted out of place goes back where it's supposed to be. If you cut first without pulling it's going to be a world of hell trying to pull those shifted parts back where they're supposed to be
Why do hairdressers wash your hair before cutting it.! Makes life easier.
Pulling out the metal is to make sure the inner structure is in the right place
👏👏👏
Nice job, Can you work in that shop all year?
Supeeeeeer ❤❤❤
Another car back on the road. My question being as I’m not in the field, how long does this repair take as the recording is edited into a 30 minute vid?
How many hours did it take tk do what u did there.
CON ÉSTO QUEDA DEMOSTRADO, QUE NISSAN ES LA MARCA QUE MÁS CHOCA.
when i was in the bizz cars in that state were jigged to line up datum points
Datum shmatum! He's clearly using the "Close-enough" method of judging whether it's good enough to fool the next buyer that it's never had a massive smash.
Imagine buying a used car and then seeing that on the description it says "Got rear-ended badly and got fixed"
Best restore car
Great Job Like ever....😊...but please....wear a weldingmask...❤
Like the work you do, something i dont understand is, why you wear a mask when you are painting to save your lungs and when you weld you have a clear plastik shield on? to kill your eyes!
That's not that bad....they can buff that out no problem.
The most important thing is how the car drives because you can always do to make it look like before the accident. Unfortunately, after such a collision, the car loses its geometry and the only thing it is good for is scrap metal.
I don't know. There must be money to be made as he's quite obviously making it - otherwise he'd be out of business. Cars are made up from many parts. No different really than when people rebuild a very old rusted out mini. After all, most vehicles are written off not because they can't be repaired. It's because they are beyond economical repair. Hardly surprising in the Western world. I found out my local dealer now charges a minimum of £72 an hour! Nearly £600 a day.
Right. No one can make a full restoration repair to its original state and rigidness but the important thing for most car owners who has just enough income is to be able to use the car again and prolly sell it at market value w/o declaring the accident. Its the job of the all buyer of used cars to be vigilant. Its a tough world out there.
I respect the skill but that would be an insurance write-off in my country because that's just too much labour cost be be worthwhile.
Take care you're eyes !!! Caution !!! Use mask !!
