The Big EZ is well suited to high volume applications such as off harvest box filling and can handle up to 100,000lbs per hour continuously with ease. Using a unique patented filling process, products can be maneuvered into boxes gently and efficiently.
To simply put it, the Big EZ is a workhorse and can handle the toughest environments. It is capable of working at high speeds during harvest or you can slow it down to accommodate for seed grading and sorting.
Also shown is The Big EZ Simple Indexer: An indexer is similar to a conveyor system that feeds empty boxes under the Big EZ filling station from the left. Once the box is full, it moves it out to the right and at the same time, another empty box moves under the filling station. This helps in the prevention of excessive stopping of your production line.
