The song "Meditation" by Bach and the choir is just ANGELIC 🪽!
Brilliant performance of “CWM RHONDDA," by Richard Elliott. Composed by the fine Lutheran composer Paul Manz, the tune is perhaps most often sung to Harry Emerson Fosdick's text, "God of Grace and God of Glory." As an organist-student, I always listened to "Music and the Spoken Word," hoping that legendary Chief Tabernacle Organist Alexander Schreiner would be at the console. But....I always listened to the complete broadcast, and I was struck by how often Richard Evans (himself a legend), quoted from Dr. Fosdick's prolific writings.
