  • Monster Michael Todd and Gorilla Corey West do it again. Rope pulling is and important part of training for any grip strength athlete, not just armwrestlers. Michael encourages everyone to do multiple different methods to get the best out of their training. The type of machine the Monster uses is no longer available, so he had this one shipped to try, and if he likes it he will recommend it to all of you. Watch as both he and Corey give their opinions and demonstrate how to get the most out of your training with it.

    throw a rope over a high branch of tree , add weight = rope pulling machine , plus you get that negative training as well when your weight reaches the top .

    I've been looking at this item for a while now. My main concern would be the tube snapping. Is the tubing sturdy, how long does it last before needing to be replaced ? I'm just worried because it's around 800 bucks.

    This is actually a really affordable alternative to the commercial rope pullers out there. Cheapest I've found those for is $2000, and ropeflex makes just a pulley option that's over $1800....

    @JLewis1979 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I just checked the price, and while I'm sure it's a great product, they could cut the price in half and I guarantee they would still be making money. At this price, they are pricing themselves out of the market for anything but the most serious people. Most of us don't have the spare cash to justify spending that much on a single use instrument for a hobby. Especially when we can buy 100ft of rope and load it down and achieve the same results.
