Everything in the plan for progress is brilliant and fantastic !!! BUT please put some serious thoughts and consideration for the exasperating traffic jam. I was born in Penang and well aware of the beautiful Penang island but when I come back with my family for my usual retreat at our home in Batu Ferringhi, it just makes my blood boil to crawl along the ridiculous traffic madness make worse further by the unchanged old habit of Penang residents in their care less attitude of slow leisure driving on the fast lane or any part of the road.
Need to think logically, why traffic jam in Penang island? With the inflow of cars from other states will definitely bottleneck the island as it's the second smallest state in Malaysia. Even Singapore won't survive this if there's no limit of Malaysia cars go in.

All the beach coastline have been occupied by tall apartment towers. This is not seen in any coastal cities, not even Ibiza in Spain. I say this development is definitely not healthy.

Penang currently the highest state in terms of export revenue and highest tax contributor in the country. Penang also just launched their self design, self made, and self assembly artificial satellite a month ago. Looking forward what will penang looks like in 2030.
