Onyx may not jump out because there is no surface for her to land on on the other side. This is why traditional baby gates keep cats out. If you put a chair or something on one side she will jump in, but you may have to also make sure she can get out
Always the hardest episodes to watch but a sweet reminder of your amazing work Joey! Knowing all those babies could be dead right now and instead they're getting ready to go to their forever homes! How satisfying that must be! The new pen for the kitties looks great and omg those kitties are just so adorable!!! Flint and Opal are my favorite babies but I love them all so much. I can't thank you enough for sharing your fostering experiences! It's inspiring and your beautiful energy always makes me feel great :)
You might want to put a soft chair on the outside of the clear pen so that the mother kitty can get in and out of the pen easier than jumping from the bare floor into and out of the pen and possibly injuring her wrists or her feet when she lands on the floor inside or outside of the pen . That way the kittens can't get out of the pen because there won't be anything inside the pen for them to climb up onto . Also , it's a good idea to put a litter box inside of the pen so that they can get used to using it now instead of having to re - train them later on when they are adopted . Also , your house will smell a WHOLE LOT BETTER without the smell of urine and poop all in the pen . I am so sorry that your little puppies had to go away to be adopted , but NOW they will have a new home to go to . THEY HONESTLY LOOKED SO SAD WHEN YOU WERE TALKING TO THEM ABOUT THEM LEAVING YOUR HOME AND I ALMOST CRIED BECAUSE IT WAS SO SAD TO ME . Please don't forget to sanitize ALL of the towels and the other things that you used for the puppies so they will be ready for your next set of puppies or kittens to be adopted . I hope that you soon get to feeling better about them leaving your home . I know that it's difficult to LOVE your newly rescued babies so much and THEN they have to leave you to be adopted so quickly , but just think about how much your work has helped ALL of them in the past AND in the future . I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND , JOEY !!!!!!

My foster kitten learned from a young age how to use the litter box. I would place them in the litter box and they started digging in it and eventually started using it a few hours later

So many bulldog breeds need help they have a lot of issues I hope maybe in the future you’ll consider taking care of more bulldogs even English ones I am biased because I have had several amazing English bulldog rescues and they’re just great dogs just like all dog breeds. This has been a little healing. I lost my 1 year old girl to lepto thursday evening. I was with her to the end. I miss her. I know she's over the rainbow bridge with my other passed pets, and playing. I just have this feeling she's happy again. It's making my heartbreak a little less everyday. She was a beautiful husky.

I think it would be a good idea to put a litter box in the kitten area now even without trying very hard to teach them how to use it..cats are very clean and neat creatures.. they instinctively burying their poo in litter boxes.. the sooner the better😊
