Most off shoulder tops have too much ruffle, which, if you are heavier in the bust make you look bustier! Your method of using the circle method is perfect, using just Enough fabric to give a very flattering top. Your tutorial is so very clear, I think even a beginner could try this top, which looks difficult because of the ruffle. Another excellent tutorial. I wish I could sew my ruffle hems as neatly as you do!
