Last year, I put out a video going through all the notable easter eggs and secrets from The Last of Us. I said that I'd follow it up with a video doing the same with Red Dead Redemption, another one of my favourite games. It's a little late, but it seemed like an appropriate time to put this out.
I can't believe Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally here. Just a heads up, I've waited 8 years for this game so I don't want to rush my experience for the sake of making a video. You might have to wait a little longer than usual while I take my time with the game. I hope you guys understand. I also really hope you guys enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making! @it's all about the distraction You say this while on his channel, which means that you dont find these easter eggs yourself either.
Besides, hes an entertainer. He records himself finding these easter eggs in-game and compiles them into a video for our enjoyment.

I know this is really picky of me but any guitar fanatics out there will know that George Harrison isn't actually playing the 'Lucy' guitar in the clip at 2:23. The 'Lucy' guitar was actually a red Gibson Les Paul instead of a Gibson SG. I don't expect Guru to know that though :D love the long vids

Wanted to say the same thing haha, also the song that they are playing there, is paperback writer, which came out in 1966, two years before he got Lucy. I still love this video and the reference to the Beatles though :)

Im french, something i love with all the work done on this game, is that even in french the achievements are références to french movies
Also at 2:40 I think the "killed by a blow to the head" is a reference to another Beatles song, "Maxwell's Silver Hammer". In the song Maxwell kills several people by striking them in the head with his hammer.
Those tombstone descriptions are pure gold. Hats off to however wrote them.

0:42 if this music doesn’t give you chills, then you’re missing out big time. Everybody should watch the Clint Eastwood westerns to understand this Easter egg. Starting with “A Fistful Of Dollars” then “For a Few Dollars More” and lastly “The Good the Bad and the Ugly”. There’s others that are amazing but those are the staples for the best memories.

You left out a good bit. There’s a halo 3 reference on a tombstone “wake me if something interesting happens.”
There’s actually daniel Plainview’s character which can be found. There’s foreshadowing of Jack avenging his fathers death when he tells his father about the book he is reading. There’s the ghost town of tumbleweed which has voices that can be heard. There are also references that foreshadow red dead 2. Also you completely left out the red dead revolver Easter egg which was the first (although unrelated) game

i was looking through my old achievements on my very first xbox 360 (i have 2 of'em) and i found the six years in the making achievement i didnt get the reference then, funny i dont even remember getting it (achievement) but now i get the reference. thats a pretty cool easter egg. i never even played the main story mode till last year i just always played the undead redemption lol. I love the story mode its a really good game and i use to think undead redemption was better (i like both the same).
Stopped at 10:29 to say I was hoping you had caught the south park reference and did not think it is from some old movie I've never seen.

You can find all the gravestones from this game in rdr2 in the remastered area of the first game
um what about the reference to red dead revolver where you can sit at a campire and they talk about red harlow and his adventure
