Limited tuning, infinite power! I love this character so much, and I love how Unfinished Tune is perfect for her here. I can't imagine not using it with Windsong anymore, like back in 1.8, and I am glad she has become my favourite character now!
Not only does Unfinished Tune synergies with Windsong's kit pretty darn well in general, but it also enables some wacky use cases with her very Psy on other charcs (easier to stack passive within 1 Ult round) or even make 2-round Ulti on 1 unit pretty easy when combined with merging, etc thanks to the +1 Incan Limit from it. Overall, a really good Tuning 😊

I used to hate her cause all I saw was the stacking gameplay, but now I do like her quite a lot especially with the new tuning
