It depends on your team, if you don’t have a star carry like 37,regulus, lilya or if they function really bad go for Windsong!!! Otherwise if you lack In a survival character like yenisei, toothfairy or medpoc then go for Vila:33 Otherwise go for vila SHES better for long term
