Lawson Ian So you like scripted drag racing with cars that would be impounded for just driving on the street, instead of this real street racing with no trailers, cars unable to drive from race/street to race/street like it was done over the years that started street racing! This here video is how it's done not that OKC scripted drag racing where they sit around until the Discovery channel sets up the scene then try to race but more than 1/2 the time they stop the race for some reason like the Discovery channel mssed the shot or the lighting was wrong or even one of the cars missed their mark👎! Go do a little research about the show while in one video checkout Chief bad mouthing the show because of the sitting around and waiting for the Discovery channel to setup. Also, the road they use is blocked off with Police keeping unwanted spectators away from the crew and the set instead of what really happens.....the Police shutting them down!🖕you OKC, New Orleans and Memphis there are far more real head to head street racing without cars that are not anywhere near being street cars but are purpose built track cars that should not be on the streets.

I'm not sure where you can get them but I know Andrade from Street Outlaws has one. I think it's from VFM Fiberglass (again not sure).
Tou can use tour stock fron fenders etc... just contact a chassis shop that knows what they are doing. Most drag cars have lift off front clips.
I got an 88 with the euro front. Man I'd so buy one but I'm pretty sure there's a good amount of fabrication in order to make it work

Wow that beater bomber has gotten way better. A few years ago it couldn't match up with anyone, this year it beat out the willy. I'm impressed!

DaLoganator95 Yea it does make a minor difference. But with a 1200HP car and only one man holding it. I don't think it helps much
holding a car while it's doing a burnout is incredibly stupid. there is a reason the NHRA and other drag racing bodies don't allow iit anymore, too many people were getting hurt.

Yea thats what i was thinking. What was it..550hp nitrous fox VS 1000hp turbo fox? Idk we dont know the torque of either car so thats one unknown. I mean the 550hp fox beat many high hp vehicles to get there. And i believe i have seen him do this on other vids. Nitrous does put out tons of torque usually and he could have a lot of weight reduction. Anyway that thing scoots for sure..would love to know the full specs of that car. Thanks for the vid guys! So sick!

I honestly miss these old style races and enjoyed them more than watching a lot of the stuff of recent times. It’s great that everyone gets faster, hell my grudge car in 2014 was going like high 6’s and now the setup has grown to a PB of 5.49 so I’ve grown a lot myself. Sadly though I’d rather watch more “regular” cars race than the actual full on race cars our builds have become in modern days. Something about builds that the average working man can slap together battling it out is just grass roots for me. It’s so easy to make power these days and so many people have so much money to build race teams it just doesn’t hold the same appeal for me to watch. Shit I used to love spectating just as much as racing myself. These days though I’d rather play around with a bunch of guys in the 9 sec 1/4 mile realm with my S550 street car rather than my grudge car that goes mid 5’s in the 660, maybe I’m just weird.

I'm from the East coast, not familiar with this area at all but damn they are just straight racing on the main highway ha ha. Pretty awesome. That's how it should be, race where you can, when you can until the coppers show up and bounce.
I like how the willy jumped the start but the corvette still let him advance. The better driver was just like "fuck that shit" haha
