    Motor cutting out turned out to be a corroded connector on one of the motor wires.

Is it harder to have a spare with you and replace it on the field, or do you prefer to change diff pins, wing mount or chassi? I prefer to have some cheap spare parts available everywere, than to own an Arrma. Exb Kraton is looking super,better thant erevo IMHO.

    Good to see you putting the ERevo 2 through its paces. I think that was a pretty typical bash session and it held up well. Of course, driving skills play a big part in it so, crashes might be a different story. Still, no part is indestructible and I think our expectations are sometimes unrealistic. Thanks for the video 👍

    I think Traxxas has updated and solved some of the issues with the linkages popping out and other problems. I had a early or first release of this truck, and had those issues. It looks like your Erevo can handle a lot more then mine did. I am thinking to buy this truck again with the solar flare body. As I really enjoyed how the Erevo drives. It’s different then any other 1/8 truck. And I do think it looks cool also. Thanks great video

    Man, the Erevo is such a blast to drive. Upgrading a few parts that are known for being weak points does wonders! Besides, traxxas parts are cheap compared to some others!! I gorilla taped under my body , doubled up in the front and it helps keep the body from coming off so easily. Had to subscribe!!!!

    I’ve had a erevo for about 1 1/2 years and have only broken the front a arm. I crashed into a light pole at full speed. So not the trucks fault. I love the way it drives. I also own a kraton, big rock, maxx v2, slash 4x4 and slash 2wd. I love the erevo. It’s just weirdly fun to drive.

    I've had mine for over a year and still have original motor and esc, only broken suspension pieces, maybe four times. It has handled jumps, backflips off oak trees and fences and cartwheels just fine.
    Edit:
    Have installed motor fans, metal spur, extra hardened pinion, brace and straps, progressive springs, rpm bumpers, led lights, metal gear single servo, and rpm arms on the front.

    The Revo 2.0 is far from being a fragile truck. It just has a few significant weak points that tend to break a lot in bad crashes. If you aren't crashing it it's probably not going to break.

      the difference is that, your Maxx will always land uncontrolable. Revo is controlable. I know, I have those two. Maxx is great, very durable after some expensive upgrades, but it drives like a bricks, no passion.

    • @Enforcers10
      @Enforcers10 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@eM4rio I have zero upgrades for durability. I got the VXL 6S Combo, Widemaxx Kit, Talon EXT Tires. I broke two 6€ parts in the last Season on my Maxx. No one in my local basher group can control his car better in the air then me. The list of my friends repairs on his e-revo from our last season is very long. I think it was longer than our Rustler, Hoss, Dementor. Even the DF Models survive some days 😀.
