we added salt to boiling water too . pls watch the video again . majority of the salt takes place while boiling rice because like greavy we cant mix the biryani if we used all the salt in greavy process

Yes because for Rice boiling water we are using 25 gram of salt so per kg we are using 30 g salt .

@@rfamburbiryani So the 5 gms per Kg is meant for the chicken and gravy and not for the rice? So for example if i am using 1kg chicken but 2 kg rice i have to use 10gms salt for gravy and 50gms for 2kg rice?
