Every time Jack Edwards (the announcer for The Boston Bruins and the guy quoted in the title of this video) opens his mouth will make anyone roll their eyes and shake their heads at the same time ;D Bruins fan here and the things I hear, and continue to hear, from this man from game-to-game still somehow cause amazement. Even though I know he's going to say something absurd, even though I can see it coming every time doesn't take away from my reaction which is primarily disgust. GO BRUINS! I did not see this play at the time or hear any explanation but hand passes are allowed in defensive zone... this is neutral zone. Canucks touching the puck it concludes the pass. It looks like PIT is trying to hit their sticks to hit the puck so they get a stoppage. It's odd, rather than taking the puck and making a play...
If someone can clarify neutral zone, offensive zone for hand passes that would be nice.
@@theresas14 handpasses are only legal in the defensive zone, anywhere else results in a stoppage of play

As a goalie myself word of advice to the young guns - don't be afraid to shoot even from the center line because we don't freakin expect it lol plus the puck goes up and down in weird ways and possibly bounces at the very end. It's so hard to read even when we're in proper position.
I think maybe goalies should no longer play the puck ever
