I bought the Atlas 4.0 Track and I am having that same problem where i have to kind of shove the visor into place. So glad to know their customer service is really good!! Keep up the awesome videos!
I have the same helmet and completely missed the visor availability. I was quite surprised at the quality of Ruroc and how well it fit me. I had a little bit of a slow shipping issue and they answered me as rapidly as you. I like the carbon fiber and lightweight. The only thing I don't like is the visor retention system, so I may splurge and buy this transition shield. What # did you get?

Thanks for the Video. It's a great review. I just got a Ruroc helmet for Christmas and was hesitant about the transition lens, but you sold me.
I'm due a new helmet next year. Probably give the Ruroc a good look.
