Scott's boyfriend, now husband, brought him coffee in bed - and he had never had anyone do that before, and thought it was such a sweet and thoughtful thing, that they wrote a song about it.
This song was written before Scott and Mark met. Mitch and Scott used to bring each other coffee when they lived together in Superfruit times. This song was originally for Superfruit original album.

I love that their songs are for everyone. They’re relationship songs can be for friends or loves. Truly inclusive. They’re so good. Recommend their song Sing for a fun upbeat jam. And KO fun!

And to really get your mind blown listen to their recent cover release Kiss From a Rose (audio-only and Kevin demonstrates his mad cello/electric cello skills as well as a stratospheric riff line that you think is Mitch, but it’s KO). I'm glad you picked up on Kevin's beatboxing. It took me a few listens because I was focused on the melody and lyrics. But every time I listen now I pick up another little riff he's throwing in .
Could be they are dressed up because getting ready to go to work. Or they didn't think about maybe being in pjs. I will say they are very cognizant of Kevin's strong religious beliefs, so they pretty much steer away from anything that could be considered risqué (except some of Kirstie's outfits *smile*).
My opinion is that they are dressed up, because they didn't want to be in pajamas. But you know opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and nobody wants to hear anyone else's.
