I don't know what they have down there but up here you can buy 4 - solar powered cams at Home Depot relatively cheap. It sounds to me like someone came on your property & didn't expect the Malinois to greet him & he probably had a knife or sword & was maybe trying to fend off the dog. What his motive was for being there is up for grabs. More than likely, it won't happen again but, words don't always make it better.
