btw for Bulgarian split squats you want your front leg to be more foreword your back leg should make about a 110-130 degree angle with the bench and your body. It just depends if you feel more of a stretch with either version. If there is more stretch in your version stay with yours but if there is more in the one I advise go with that one.
for bulgarians - if you want extra support and balance, can do them on the smith machine (hook your foot over the bar over a bar pad). Can set up by sitting back on the hooked foot, extend the working leg so both knees match, and stand up

frozen fruit also allows for mfs to get certain fruits that might not be in season and it's also way cheaper and I would argue its better quality than fresh fruit because how they have to immediately freeze it upon harvest but fresh fruit goes through the supplychain for days at a time before you use it

It should give you more stability(u should be activating ur core). Side note - you should be able to go a little heavier too since your using one dumbbell. 👍🏽🫶🏽 Another Edit - kettle bells can also make it a little easier.

Your legs will thank you once you get good with Bulgarians and go heavier. I would suggest doing quad focused Bulgarians and RDLs one day then do forward lunges (for quads) and reverse lunges (for glutes/hamstring) on your next workout day for variations in your routine.

I am not too big of a gym rat myself but when doing bulgarian squats using a smith machine is much easier imo because you dont have to worry as much ab stabilization and can load more weight

For the yogurt I reccomend vanilla or strawberry Oikos. Also the more Frozen Berries you add, the thicker the smoothie.
