Man I grew up with acne really young like I was literally the first girl in 3rd grade with a face full of acne and I got buillied for it until literally 8Th grade and I finally got away from those kids but my self esteem by the time was shattering into pieces thanks to therapy self care and just loving myself and being nicer to myself and forgetting all the names and stuff I was called all the comments on me and also help from many ex boyfriends and my current boyfriend I look in the mirror today and I love myself and some people may see it as conceited but I used to dread even being seen so I just ignore and flourish anyways and I wish that for anyone who has a similar story or your starting a acne journey it’s hard but your so beautiful love yourself and embrace yourself don’t listen to others because you gotta know you Fr 💕💯and your beautiful 💯💕

Hey girl! I used to get hormonal acne a lot during my period. My dermatologist prescribed me Spironolactone for it and omg it’s a game changer! I NEVER get breakouts during that time anymore. I’m definitely not a doctor lol. But it’s worth talking to your derm about! Love your videos btw you’re the best! ❤️💕
GIRL I feel you on the breaking out. One thing I noticed is that my acne got worse since taking whey protein. Apparently it messes with your hormones but I know everyone has different experiences. Just a thought I wanted to share :) LOVE YA LENA

btw random but you don't have to mist your monstera. Misting only raises the humidity for like maybe 5 minutes. They're so hardy and the placement in your apartment is ideal, so it'll be fine. also omg pika is really such a unique cat in terms of personality....
When I had really bad acne people would comment on it all the time! I even remember one of my older coworkers giving me a face mask that she said would help my skin get clear. I felt so bad about myself. I have really sensitive skin and I never use face masks because they just inflame my skin. I knew I had acne and that just made me feel so much worse. People just don't think about their words sometimes, especially when they think they're being helpful.

I feel your pain when it comes to acne. I've dealt with it for years. I had to get on acutane to clear mine up. I still get little break outs when its that time of the month but dont get it as much as I used too. My face use to be so swollen from the amount of acne I had on my face, putting makeup on top was the worst but it was the only solution I had at the time to make it bearable to go out in public and to work. Cystic acne is what I had. The ones that are deep under the skin. Ugh. The face products I used did nothing lol. Even tho my skin got better I still struggle with being confident because of the acne scars, redness and damage that was done but I'm a work in progress lol anyways love your videos Lena!
