Launched in 2018, the Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a 4-in-1 system that includes a resident visa, an open work permit, an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), and a re-entry permit that allows you to enter and exit Taiwan freely over the course of 1-3 years.
