Add fresh garlic and kimchi, toast it a bit then add water, seasoning and noodles. Half way thru cooking the noodles, add a handful of frozen seafood mix, finish cooking noodles. Then turn the heat on high and crack an egg - let it simmer a bit and turnoff the stove and add green onions. The egg will finish cooking to a soft boil when you finish setting up. If I’m lazy, half a can of tuna as the protein and call it a day.
“Just enough spice”- my friend takes one bite of my ramen and proceeds to cry
This brand of ramen has a ridiculous amount of capsaicin in it.
My partner about my spice tolerance when they kiss me after I ate ramen (they don't eat my food anymore)
I add too much red and black pepper to mine and my family hates me 😂

way closer to instant than actual ramen, this takes like 20 minutes to make
It is still "instant" ramen. No ramen is instant. "Instant" ramen still takes around 5-10 minutes to make which is still way shorter than the time it takes to make actual ramen

I always have a 5 pack of shin noodles ready in the cupboard.
For anyone new to shin, stir an egg and add it to cook in the pot for the last minute of cooking, then finish with a slice of american cheese. It will change your life
I LOVE using that exact shin ramyun, love the spice, so good!

These and the black pack are my absolute favorite instant ramen. I keep the black packs on hand always. I'll likely be eating it for lunch today because I have some green onions and mushrooms that need to be cooked and some leftover rotisserie chicken from last night that also needs to be cooked. That's my favorite way to eat it. Cook the mushrooms (I like A Lot of mushrooms) and some minced garlic in the pot before adding the water then top it off with the green onions (I also like A Lot of green onions too) and left over chicken. The added mushrooms are a must.

The shin instant noodle is really good noddles but we bought a Sichuan chili crisp sauce from Costco and use that for spice instead of the packet. Spicy and delicious
Thanks to youtube or else I never would've tried these noodles. They are my favorite now and I always keep some on deck. 👍

Ahh when Max the Meat Guy literally impromptus his one 😂
Before I pour boiling water and noodles, I first put those two soup bases, one spoon of apple cider vinegar, one spoon of grass fed beef bone broth powder, chopped garlic /ginger with sometimes either seasemi oil or oyster sauce. Dump the noodle in once cooked, put it in a bowl and one or two eggs in the pot, stir and pour over the noodles. Tasty.

My fave has gotta be the original Samyang noodles cooked with king prawns & dumplings, then when cooked add some mozzarella.
Wrap a little noodle & prawn in raw spinach and add a squirt of mayo👌carry on wrapping spinach with the dumplings prawns and noodles!! perfecto!🤤

Is it because its spicy? If so find some videos and recipe to make the shin ramen less spicy
Tip if it’s too spicy, use less water or tip some out after cooking. I don’t know why but when the noodles are really soupy it makes it even spicier

I love shin ramen I tried that black one that’s is a really good one I thought it was not gonna be spicy cus I did not look at the label but then when I added that seasoning it’s burst my head open it’s was so good
the black packaged ones are sooooo much better omlll they are perfect
The reason I've stayed away from most of these packaged ramon noodles is because I thought the sodium was so high. But adding delicious rare beef etc makes me want to dive in.
I literally just got Done eating some chille ramen. i used two different things of hot sauce, soy sauce, and the packet itself. Also a soft boiled egg is godly with it
That's exactly how I make my ramen. The aid the steak but at add hoisin and Sriracha a bit of kimchi and pickled daikon with carrots😊😊
