Aui_2000 was probably willing to play Techies for five games in grand finals if it came to that. Still astounding how a player got into TI grand finals while being handicapped so hard by the best hero in the meta.
because lesh was so op you just auto ban it one of those where you just go everyone can play it and it wasnt worth the gamble
And I do understand that.
However, you have to at least be good at playing Lesh at the time when it was the strongest meta hero. However, Shiki did not. And that gave CDEC a lot of problems come grand finals.
@@Qu1ntus_ I would say shika was the only atleast too 12 mid that couldnt like you just assume most mids can play Leah as he’s not that hard and that patch was basically a free win in lane with how dumb lightning was that most teams wouldn’t of thought he can’t play Leah and as it was a bottom tier team no one really prepared for them but eg

Same thing happened with Kassadin in LOL. Champion was tier -1,not even 0 for 3 years for some stupid reason. He had all time high 99.52% ban rate (not at championships mind you, just in general) at some point. So nobody had any idea how to actually play him, like not even a little bit. Pretty sure most pro players never actually played a single ranked game as kassadin after he became op. XD
I used to be main kass since the beggining of lol and i remember that i could do 20 win streaks, it was really OP if u know how to play
I have two distinct memories from that TI5 period. The first was entering an internet cafe on my uni break to watch one or two TI games, but then a team picked techies and played defensively, so I only got to watch some of a single 50 minutes game. The second is picking a leshrac as a pos 1 in a game despite being the designated support on my team, absolutely stomping with him, and feeling bad about it after.

using echo sabre theory , kill a creep with 1 hit to trigger echosabre effect but don't waste it's effect so next time u attack u can instantly hit her using silver edge by using echosabre instant attack

The Belgian government denied my American partner her visa when they tested my income during the application procedure. Dota But idea: Everybody can attack globally, but the farther the target is the more damage you lose. So attacking somebody inside your normal range is normal damage, but like double range, is double less attack damage and so on. I think it would be fun to try this!

tbh I'm surprised no one has added an anti rat feature to any of these modes yet. Especially with how frustrating it is and how often games are decided by ratting.

@@phunweng962 for modes that take forever like that, just add a kill counter that ends the game when 1 team reaches a certain number of kills (something they've done plenty of times before).
"Dota 2 but there's no ratting": Tower backdoor protection is determined by number of enemy heroes in proximity, not by creeps.
