Normal Baumi dota would be awesome. Its been years since the last time, and I remember the dota but something happens when you destroy the barracks where nothing happened and it was made just for you to play a normal match of dota. Really hoping for this.

Split Shot used to be a passive for a bit, before being reverted, which is why, I believe, it feels like a passive, but in its current state Split Shot is most definitely a toggle.
I think that regarding the 1x6 videos its because the games are really shorter idk about other people but personally i enjoyed more those videos when were longer but because duels they seem really short
My instinct of what a passive would be is an ability that matches the following two criteria:
1. It lasts indefinitely.
2. It does not require the hero to do something to maintain.
If the ability can be maintained forever, then it is a passive. Conversely, if the ability cannot be maintained forever (due to a resource running out), it is not a passive.
Under this definition, Medusa's split shot and Troll's q would both be passives, which instinctively makes sense to me. On the other hand, Pudge's rot and Leshrac's ult would not be passives, as they cannot be maintained (and thus they require the hero to do something to maintain them). Sniper's take aim would be an ability with both passive and active components, the line being drawn with what lasts indefinitely. Despite not being something that can always be up (due to the cd and manacost), Wraith King's ult would still be a passive, as it should be, since it lasts indefinitely and does not require him to do anything to maintain it. Jakairo's liquid breath would also be a passive for the same reasons.
Perhaps there are some weird counterexamples that make this definition not work, but I cannot think of any off the top of my head.
Medusa's split shot is a passive skill before they make it into a toggle to offset the damage reduction
DrTeaspoon should really add a way to increase the bans for when you do these special videos.

to be precise the game categorizes it as passive or it's still in the list for what break effects, which may or may not be a mistake on valve's part
if we consider what the game consider (or rather the code) as the absolute truth, then devs never made any mistake
"it's a feature not a bug" and clipping through objects is "legal method of locomotion" in the game as the game did not prevent it
Random thought. Maybe do an OAA treatment to 1x6. Make your own 1x6 style game mode? Could be fun to see what you come up with
Its funny how Sleydor is full counter - armor for 3 of the enemy heroes, and on top of that u can perma stun the with 1 hit all 5 of the as long as you live
I'm an 9.5k mmr player and i play with Quinn a lot. Let me tell my experiences with Quinn.
I was in a game with Mira and Quinn. Game was perfect. We won our lanes we stacked for our midlane Timbersaw(Quinn). Mira and me tried to communicate to Quinn to take the stacks but somehow he muted everyone even Mira. Mira was trying to tell him to take stacks we made for him but we couldn't. We tried afking on stacks so he could see when he put his camera on us but no he died at mid and instantly buys back pings Mira and says "nice afk, go end" despite being 5/2 score with 6x stacks on triangle camps.
Playing with Quinn is so hard i have to play perfect and try to not make him mad at us for whatever reason. I call it Quinn's Gambit

Split is a toggle AND a passive as it's canceled by break
Maybe you should request DrTeaSpoon to add a "pre-ban mode" where you can ban effects from the pool before the game. That would make this kind of "but games" easier to do.
Personally, I'd consider a passive any effect that it is applied that does not require the activation of an ability. The effect can have other conditions, but not casting abilities. I don't consider toggle passives. I think the gray area might be attack modifiers... I would consider them passives, even if some of them can be toggled because toggling them does not trigger them. I agree that Medusa is tricky, because technically you could consider splitshot as a togglable attack modifier, so I'd say that I'll consider it one of those (so a passive, if other togglable attack modifiers are passives).

Dota 2 but Immortal Snail
It's simply dota 2 but boosted. But only Target Point abilities, like Mirana arrow, Windranger Powershot, Drow Multishot, Magnus Shockwave etc. The thing is these abilities need to be do high dmg as possible(oneshot), but slow af. Like Immortal Snail thing.

Agreed. The BAT, bonus armor, and ensnare chance are passive components of an active ability, much like the slardar and slark discussion he had in the previous game.
What I can define split shot is an attack modifier like OD orb or silencer glaives
So about Split Shot. It is both active and passive. Why? Well first it is an attack modifier by desing. Second, when you skill up the ability, does it give you anything? Nope. You have to toggle it in order to gain passive attack modifier.
I think the difference between an active and a passive is being disabled by silver edge or silence. If it can be toggled on and kept on through silence (rot, pulse nova, etc) it should count as a passive but toggles such as poison attack count as a spell
i think passive is when some sort of component takes effect without player/user input as long as the requirement is met, or in other words it's always "on"
i.e: slardar's status resistance takes effect as long as slardars stands in whatever zone counted as water, or if the player is afk and for some reason (let's say an in-game event) turn the area slardar is in into a river then slardar would get the effects
but for medusa splitshot, the player is required to actively make the decision for an input in order to gain the effects
same as troll's Q, the player actively inputs to toggle troll into melee
rot/pulse nova requires the player to toggle it on
simplest way i detemine it is "without player input, if the hero is at max level and skilled everything. whatever effect that exist or can exist would be considered as passive"
it may not be foolproof, but it's a good start
I'd say simplest way to determine if it's a passive is if it gets turned off when broken.

The extra damage from Slardar's bash, would spell lifesteal or regular lifesteal work for it?
i imagine spell lifesteal, since bristleback's quills are physical but you get spell lifesteal to use them

it'd work with spell lifesteal, slardar's bash is a seperate thing from auto-attacks as in it's not added damage to auto-attack but a seperate instance of damage from the spell
but dota being dota again, valve might just decided to not include it for spell lifesteal or regular lifesteal for "balance"

A yes dota 2 consistancy . Medusa Q is a a toggle ability with no mana cost but her E is a passive that do cost mana ¿? Rot is a toggle/aura ? So are aura passive ? Cristal maiden E is just called Aura ?

eyeeeeeeah ever since the 1x6 patch I watched like, one of the videos and haven't really watched any of them since. if they take out the duels I'll definitely be watching them again. I just find the duels lead to a less interesting watching experience.
unfortunately i'm so far removed from normal dota that I doubt I could really enjoy a normal dota video, but hopefully if you do you could siphon some of the Normal Dota Watcher audience and make up for ppl like me

All his videos have very similar views, 1x6 or other game it all looks like the same view count.
There's some outliers like 13k or 30k+ videos, but in general they all seem to be within that 15k to 23k range.
