Good afternoon, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a Formovie laser short throw projector. I was informed after the purchase that the item was out of stock, and I have yet to receive a refund. I would like to understand the reason behind this delay and request a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards

Wait a minute... The previous Formovie Theater model had 1800 ISO lumen or 2800 lumen. Formovie used ANSI lumen but changed to ISO lumen, because Epson wanted to sue Formovie in court. Now you claim those 1800 ISO lumen are 2250 ANSI lumen? The new Formovie Premium gives 2200 ISO lumen or 2750 ANSI lumen, which is 50 lumen less than the Formovie Theater. How the hell is that possible? Is this a scam? Please explain that to us, potential buyers. 😡
Hello, We have only referenced the official figures, so we do not believe we have intentionally misled anyone. Here is some useful information for reference: ANSI Lumens Standard: ANSI IT7.228 ISO Lumens Standard: ISO 21118 In short, there is no exact conversion rate between the two standards; otherwise, there would be no need for two different standards. Therefore, there’s little reason to be concerned about a so-called difference of 50 lumens, as this is well below the 20% margin of error allowance. To be fair, the Formovie Theater Premium is indeed brighter than the Formovie Theater. As for the testing conditions, I would recommend contacting Formovie directly for confirmation. Best regards,
What's the price for the white Shore Rola TV cabinet for the 110 UST screen? And in a bundle with the Formovie Premium? Thanks
