We did that for years, they did it cheaper and were done in a day, it took us over a week, but it is nice to have the pump and tank to haul on some small fields. Thanks for watching!
Not a dairy Farmer but very familiar with the smell of an agitated manure pit or holding tank. We visit Lancaster County Pa and they used them a lot. A few years ago we were in Switzerland and a farmer in Konolfingen pumped it onto his field with a Rain Real irrigation system.
Cool, I have never seen a rain reel work, but the company that we hire to empty the pit pumps it through a big hose out to the field and hooks to a applicator that is pulled by tractor, we should have video of that next month. Thanks for watching!
Yea Jerseys are the route to go-- those dang big 'steins tossed me all over hell. Milk was over $18.00/100 with all our premiums when I got out. Loved vid---good job editing etc. If ya see a 1468 ring me-- want one BAD!!!!!!!!
Great video, nice ride along Sturgeon Lake. Any equipment dealing with manure can be the worst to maintain or repair. Then again, shoveling out a trench with the trench cleaner still in there would be worth working in the manure.
It’ll be nice to finally get the pit pumped out so you can get your plunger in the barn unplugged. Is it typical for farms your size to have lagoons in the state of Minnesota? Growing up in SE Wisconsin most small dairies were daily scrape and haul. Thanks again for another great video
The smells of spring!! We had neighbors that had slurrystores.it depended on which way the wind blew, to who's tank you could smell!! It's more like January here in NY this week.
I worked with my brother in his feeding and material handling Company......Clay , Patz, silage, grain, feed and manure equip De Laval milking equip Clay Honeywagon, Slurry Surey, chopper agitator pumps, Patz unloaders, feeders. barn cleaners..... He ask me to work for him and he would start me out at the top....................................First Job was a 80 ft off the ground..... I miss the smells that went along with job.....
That's for sure, when I was a little kid that 830 ran the pump all the time, and it definitely smoked! By the time the pit was empty that engine was well cleaned out, one time we had to run my parents 800 gas on it, when it got dark out the whole exhaust was glowing. Thanks for watching!
LoL Smell That $$$$ You Can See He Means It With That Big Smile God Bless All The Farmers in The World Blessings and Please Be Safe ✌️

Heck with the custom guys. Pump it all out your self and save money.

Can't wait for part 2. God bless Trinity Dairy
The little guy made a pretty straight cut on that log. Allen is right smells like money.

You know you're living the good life when you can entertain 4 kids and a bunch of adult kids with a poo sprayer :)
Haha!
We called those tanks honey dippers lol
Great video but ones got to love the sound of a straight piped ih doing a good days work

Not sure about the whole state, but a lot of farms in this area have lagoons. thanks for watching!

It's been kind of cold here too but suppose to be sunny, could use some rain though, getting a little dry. Thanks for watching!
25 cow Guernsey farm that's my dream farm.I would come out of retirement for that
Pretty country. I have a farm in southeast NC. We are close to flat land with lots of low land swamps.
We do have some low land around us. I do like my oak trees and hills though.
Definitely the smell of money. I'm in Michigan and I just scrape and haul.
Only been subscribed to you for a few days. I am enjoying your videos. I watch other farm operations and everyone is different. ( I smell money) LOL
Thanks for watching!
Nice video. With the price of fertilizer nothing smells better than a manure pit.
That's the truth!
When you say grandpa I think of grandpa John not your mom's dad!!😂😂

Sounds like a fun job, except for the heights, I couldn't handle that. Thanks for watching!
Yeaa u guys got more subscribers.
👍👌🇨🇦❤, I am definitely upwind of all that, for sure, simply a disgusting video, but I loved it all
Hahaha!
Your husband is very cool. He make me laugh hard great video.. I can't milk now. I have infected in both hands.
Yeah he thinks he's pretty funny.
That lagoons is only a hole in the ground? The will kill you in Holland 😅 groundwater issues
We had to work with the State when we put it in. It's clay lined to keep the manure from leeching into the ground water.
Great video super fix ih doing mighty fine what hp is she
Never put it on a Dyno, I t should be around 125 but I think it has been turned up before we got it. Thanks for watching!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
That a 826 or a 856 international I can’t tell because they look awfully similar
1256
Trinity Dairy nice 👍 them 1256s are great we had one till we got our 7110 case magnum
Where are you guys in Minnesota
We are about 50 miles South of Duluth in Sturgeon Lake.
@@trinitydairy I'm down by perham. So were not to far away
Oh okay! We have a friend that takes his cattle there to sell. Thanks for watching!
Lol. Smell of money for sure but still it rolls down hill..
Excellent video. Before long your son will be cutting all your wood
Good luck with maure put pimping
That would be nice, of course by the time he can cut wood he probably won't want to. So far it's going good. Should have video up in a couple days.
Wats the point in agitating the pond
The manure solids settle to the bottom and if you didn't mix it back in you would only get the water off the top and leave the solids behind.
Hi!!!!!!!!!
Hi!
Put the case 830 in the pump, that'll make it smoke.
That's for sure, when I was a little kid that 830 ran the pump all the time, and it definitely smoked! By the time the pit was empty that engine was well cleaned out, one time we had to run my parents 800 gas on it, when it got dark out the whole exhaust was glowing. Thanks for watching!
@@trinitydairy case 800 gas pretty rare. Most of them we're diesel engine. have you saw case 700 those pretty rare tractors, but no case-o-matic.
Never heard of a 700, sounds like a nice size tractor though.
@@trinitydairy case 700, is just like the 800. Just tad smaller engine.
Cool!
How are you guys? P.S. this is Landon
Doing good, how are you doing?
I know someone who is looking for a milk and beef cow
I don't think we have a milk cow to sell right now.
