Ill be traveling with my whole household and my son will be around 6months before we fly. And watchig your videos provides me idea what to bring and what not. Especially distilled water and formulated powder milk.
Hi 👋 there, new subscriber here! Thank you so much for your videos, you have instilled confidence that I can do a 10 hour flight with a two year old. I will most definitely be taking all these tips while we prepare for our trip. I also appreciate that you keep it real! You can plan and prepare, but at the end of the day you just have to go with it. I loved seeing you all in Indonesia as well! What an amazing experience! A big thank you and your family for doing the work for much needed research of our planet’s biodiversity ❤
Aww wow, thank you so much. Truly, it's getting a nice comment like this that keeps me making these videos! You can most definitely do a 10 hour flight (and more!!). I hope you have a wonderful trip with your toddler!!
Thanks for this comment as well! It's really helpful because I have a toddler airplane SLEEP video I'm about to film and I'll be sure to put these details in it. The footrest we have is linked in the description of this video, but there are a million of them and they all seem to be the same (just get one with lots of high reviews). It takes a minute or two to blow up I'd say. And yes, you do it manually. You could use a pump but it's not necessary. Some airlines are NOT cool with these FYI (check their websites). I have never had an issue, but I've heard stories of them not being allowed on certain flights.
I do! I made a video of all the apps we use but it was 6 months ago so it definitely needs to be updated 😅 could give you some ideas though! th-cam.com/video/M5A-8f3YSJA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=G8a4Yri0bgovsAZg
Hi! I have a toddler and it depends how long the flight is but I think I generally prefer a layover (to stretch legs, run around). Everyone is different though and many prefer to just get it over with.

It takes even less time to flatten!
Can you recommend a carrier for a toddler (preferably for positioned)
Do you have certain apps that you download for your toddler to play while on the plane?

@@wayfaringhumans awesome! Thanks so much! It’ll at least give me a place to start.
@@maiiamoua I vaguely recall being judgey about 'baby shark' in it, but I'm now deep DEEP in the baby shark phase myself! 😂🥲
Would you recommend layover or nonstop with a preschooler?
