When it turned into a sport with winner and loser, reckless behaviors are the results... Traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu taught by competent and moral Senseis will never allow reckless behaviors in dojos under any circumstances.

When one time I had an opportunity to Randori with national team Judoka, it felt really dangerous I was in fear of potential injuries, lucky me that I survived at least. Honestly this could happen anywhere anytime if the Judoka who is at high level.
Amandine Buchard won the gold medal by ippon, and she was the least happy gold medalist by ippon that I guess I'll ever see (if you watch after she finishes walking Shishime over to her team and turns away to return to the mat).

I mean, considering that the clip you pointed to was a ground transition, not a throw and was an accident due to kind of the bottom person acting wrong, yeah, you are in all accounts the asshole and should be banned.
