The last sankaku jime was great. Lubjan Piovesana used this same type sankaku jime in the past relatively often when she was in Great Britain national team.
Intentionally injuring an opponent is not permitted. Punching, kicking, and other strikes are not allowed. Touching the opponent's face is not allowed. Attacking joints other than the elbow is not allowed.

There were some very good sankaku pins in Portugal. I'm going to compile those with any I see at the Paris Grand Slam for a Winter 2023 Sankaku-Gatame compilation.
Whether it’s an amateur or professional, these referees suck big time. There needs to be penalties for referees that are not doing the job of defending and protecting any MA participants. Also, anytime they have these events, why not have a proper medical staff that responds immediately when call upon-there’s no reason for any type of waiting!
