Ok this Glastonbury performance from Coldplay the entire show was 🤯 I dunno where you could watch it even on your own time it’s worth every second of the 2 hours .. they are something special that I can’t explain ❤
The field normaly holds up to about 120k people but they opened it up alot more this year (maybe 150k). If i counted correctly they used 11 delay towers (not counting the 2 next to each screen, so 15 all together) to cover the entire area. There are also more speakers on the inside of the stage covering the front, middle part. (+the stage is being lit up by massive projectors)

That’s the main stage, The Pyramid Stage, there’s loads of other stages playing all types of music, if you can, everybody should experience Glastonbury at least once, it’s gentrified a lot now which probably for the best because when everyone was jumping the fence it was pretty mad but brilliantly mad

There were many who questioned why Coldplay were head lining again as it was their 5th time at Glasto! Regardless of whether you appreciate their music or not, I defy anyone to deny that they are in my mind one of the best live performance bands in the world. They connect with their audience in a way others will never be able to do…. Another brilliant performance with incredible energy throughout the set.
One last note, my first time viewing one of your posts and it made me smile watching you react…you reminded me of a child seeing something like their first Christmas! If you like this kind of stuff or enjoy being surprised, I have 2 suggestions… Queen doing their set at ‘Live Aid’ and a completely different one that sounds odd but I thought it was amazing… the Dutch National Orchestra performing “The Good The Bad & The Ugly” This one is not about whether you like classical music or not, it gives you a fantastic insight into every element of the production..Amazing to watch…
If you carefully look at Chris' face, that giggle was him giggling away tears and emotions from overwhelming his ability ...as this was a biggie for the band, how far they have come... and the crowd just loving the show
Glastonbury is THE festival par excellence. Nothing comes close. Absolutely magical place. And Coldplay - often maudlin and bland on record - are simply sublime live.

You know when you’re watching something special. Glastonbury is an annual festival in the Somerset countryside. A city of 250,000 people appears and vanishes. Most of the year it’s just a dairy farm.
I recommend you see this song live in São Paulo, it could be the greatest live show of all time
I have a suggestion since you liked this one so much & commented on how Chris holds the crowd.
Watch the set that Queen played at Live Aid. Freddie was the MASTER of the massive crowd, & although there were loads of incredible bands that played, nobody could compare to the set by Queen. In addition, Freddie was actually sick that day with throat troubles and his Dr. advised him not to sing. So it's even more impressive that the performance he gave was when he wasn't even at his best. The set was just about 20 minutes, & is a must see!

Hi. The Glastonbury Festival attracts up to 200,000 festival goers now capped at 150,000! Tickets sell out within a few hours of going live. It's the biggest festival in Europe and possible the world. Great acts and atmosphere.

Your wrong about the crowd, millions were watching this live from there homes on TV, even my 94 year old mum who loves them, Glastonbury is a UK institution
