    I am not Doctor but curious!
    1- Don't this kind of injuries happen a lot more often after a period of relaxing (between seasons)
    2- When players taken of their training environments (Club) to international matches (National Teams).
    something is going on!
    -is it the quality of preparation or the interruption of it.
    -Distraction or anxiety cause for stress or demand to perform when taking long trips in short time.
    I am just saying things to consider. But eventually is to the player to invest on her safety.
