Back in 2008, I was well aware of his Rose's injury history. That's why I didn't favor him over Westbrook. I knew injuries for him would be a matter of time. Rose was better than Westbrook and peaked earlier but I knew Westbrook would have longevity. All in all, it was sad to see Rose go down so many times. And he went down last night. Smh

My point is that he's had more play time than Rose and he's been on the same team. How can someone as talented as Westbrook not lead his team to a championship at least once in a decade, or get traded to play with a better franchise like KD? He's not a team player and he's not interested in winning.

Factors like bow legged or pigeon toed (I’m sure these are potentially offensive/non-medical terms) also players that explode/change direction quickly like Dominique Wilkins and D-Rose who jump off 2 feet a lot. D-Rose was fun to watch but the amount of force he was generating to change direction....I love these videos, fascinating!

I know im wait but on top of learning how to land properly i think serious squat days are necessary for players. Deep squats can highlight flaws(like weak abductors) and you can fix them as you go.

Pro athletes should be taught this. This should be a class in high school or even college

Great video. Would be good if you added some video examples to highlight what you're talking about too :)

Force is the change in momentum over time so if you land with straight legs you stop almost instantly and then the force is huge but if you land with your legs bent then you slow down more gradually and then thare is less force acting on you although it acts on you for longer.
