I have a question so I am going to do a market in may ( it will be my first one ) I want to be able to me stock it is a 3 day market. I am wondering how many of each thing I should make so I know I have a enough. I am also doing order sheets in case I do run out or they want something custom
I make all mine with acrylic yarn. I'd like to get the plush yarns but so expensive to get it. I'm worried about doing craft shows this fall with the economy so bad. I did one in April and me and three sellers next to me didn't make anything and we all had nice crafts. Trying to stay positive but it's a worry. Any tips? Thoughts?
Sometimes it helps to have some small simple items that cost a bit less to draw people to your table. My items are mostly sewn and I made a bunch of simple mini drawstring bags and sold them two for £5 as “sustainable gift bags/ditty bags/packing bags” and they sold really well, I don’t think that there was anything else to buy for less than £20 in the rest of the place. (I make the bags from scraps of fabric and normally would pack peoples items in these bags and give them away for free!)
