Nice, will the faster growth lead to faster decay as in Nature there is always a tradeoff. Has any studies been done on this?

Miyawaki has been implemented in japan for close to 100 years now... Not really know about decay... I will post my observations in channel for sure.

How often were you watering? In years I don't get the growth you have in 6 months.

Colin we have drip irrigation.. watering alternate days... Also note the areas receives about 100 cm rainfall in a year

i will try to do an outline of the farm.. However we have 800 sqft miyawaki forest... where we have 3 to 4 plants every sqm.
